From customer portals and healthcare software to real-time data processing. A selection of projects we have worked on with our clients.

International platforms

One platform. Five countries.

Five separate country systems needed to come together on one international platform. Working with the programme team, we contributed the architecture, software and data integrations. We also built developer tooling for the teams working on the shared platform.

Public sector · Ongoing

Public services, moving to the cloud.

A public website and citizen portal are moving to a cloud environment. Within the platform team, we build the infrastructure and automate deployments. We configure the environment and train staff to work with it.

Applied AI

AI alongside customer service.

Give customer-service staff useful suggestions during a conversation. We integrated transcription and language models with the underlying systems to help staff decide on the next step. The employee remains in control.

Healthcare

A stalled health platform, delivered.

A stalled mental health information system still needed to go live on time. We helped complete the project, designed the hosting and patient-record structures, and migrated the existing data. Privacy and security were part of the design.

Mobility & data

50,000 vehicles. A continuous stream.

For hardware in approximately 50,000 vehicles, we designed and built a platform that continuously processes telemetry. The data feeds live dashboards, analytics and reporting for business users.

Financial services

Sensitive records, carefully moved.

Existing complaint files needed to move to a new case-management platform. We migrated the records, metadata and retention rules, then checked the data for completeness. An API security review also identified concrete improvements.

AI platform · In production

UGCForge

UGCForge lets users create and combine text, images, video and speech in visual AI workflows. They can compare models, save results and find their media in one library. We develop the platform from architecture through production, including isolated workspaces, background processing, live progress and usage-based billing.

Learning apps · iOS

Learning apps for young children

We develop a family of learning apps for young children, using pictures, text and spoken explanations. Behind the apps is a shared system for producing and reviewing their content, with checked content in 15 languages. We build both the apps and the production environment, combining automated checks with human review.

Agree the scope. Build. Deliver.

We agree what the project needs to deliver and explain the technical choices. During development, we work with the people who will use and maintain the software.

Define the project
What should the software make possible? We map the users, existing systems and constraints, then agree what we will build.
Build and test
We work in manageable steps and show you the software as it takes shape. That lets us test assumptions and adjust along the way.
Deliver and hand over
We bring the software into production and hand over the code, decisions and knowledge. Your team can carry on independently when our work is done.
